One size does not fit all when it comes to an exercise plan. I spend time watching you move to analyze your body mechanics. Your body will tell me what it needs that day. Additionally, I work to correct any imbalance, so your body moves more efficiently. One muscle group may be more or less developed than another, causing you to unknowingly compensate as you move through a particular range of motion. As a result, your workouts continually evolve because your body evolves.
Training sessions are conducted at our private studio. I take your health and COVID-19 seriously, so all equipment is sanitized between every session.
The cost for one-on-one training is $95 per session.
